Video games had me at hello. I received my NES when I was six (still functioning 20 years later!) and I’ve been in love ever since. I enjoy everything about games: the stories, action, challenge, competition, social aspects…the list could go on and on.

I feel very fortunate to have grown up in what I consider to be the Golden Age of Gaming. And things are just getting better. Every year the medium is pushed further to the point that it can now realistically be defined as an art form. Like great works of literature, games let you take part in uniquely created experiences.

I love to game and I’m happiest when I’ve got a controller in my hand. But, I am also passionate about many other things. I intend to spend the core of my time writing about games and Teh Industry but I will also touch on my other interests such as music, reading, food, beer/wine, sports, and life in general.

There’s always a lot going on but if I had my way I’d just game all day…
